Leo is a young pup who came to us from a family who had adopted him and another little dog Hazel. They could not keep the dogs as they felt they were a little too shy at the time and were not a good match their 8 year old child.
Leo is a cute little guy with a fabulous personality who is ready to find her forever home. He is a bright mischevious little dog, a puppy through and through, into everything. Although Leo is a more confident little dog than Hazel, he has some underlying insecurities and we feel that he will need to support of another dog in the home, a lovely well established dog who he can run around with, learn from and go on doggie adventures with. Leo is very much collie like in his behaviour experience with such breed could be good. Leo has just started to walk on a lead but we expect that families will need to continue with the training and house training. He will also need a good routine and boundaries set, so he can develop with the support of good leadership. With all
In our experience, street pups require experience as they are sensitive and need to learn a lot when going into a domestic situation. We are therefore looking for an experienced family, (collie/shepherd breed would be good but not essential) no young children or wanting children. He needs the company of another dog, and although he came together with Hazel, we do not feel they are the best match so would not place them together.
Leo needs an adventurous family, who will dote on their dog and take them to lots of lovely walks and adventures. We are also looking for owners who understand that taking a street pup requires commitment and work and that he may develop further in the home and challenges may arise.
We are of course always here to support our families.

NOTE:
All our dogs go on home trial for two weeks before an adoption.
We offer post adoption support and access to a behaviourist and trainer for the life of our dogs.
